AllPro Remodeling Specialists provides drywall installation, repair, construction, and remodeling services in the greater Seattle, WA area and surrounding regions. The specific scope of services for any project will be outlined in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to the commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by AllPro Remodeling Specialists are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed prices. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project, changes in material costs, customer-requested changes to the original scope, or site conditions that differ materially from those observed during the initial assessment. Any significant deviation from the original estimate will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement for each project. In general, the following conditions apply:
AllPro Remodeling Specialists reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met in accordance with the agreed terms.
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, customer-requested changes, or other factors outside our reasonable control. AllPro Remodeling Specialists will communicate any significant delays to the customer as soon as reasonably possible and will work to complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by AllPro Remodeling Specialists before additional work begins. Changes to scope may affect both the project cost and timeline. Verbal agreements regarding changes to scope are not binding. A written change order signed by both parties is required for any modification to the original project agreement.
AllPro Remodeling Specialists will source materials appropriate for each project. Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, we reserve the right to select materials that meet the required specifications at our professional discretion. If a customer specifies particular materials, we will make reasonable efforts to source and use them, though availability and pricing may vary. Customers who supply their own materials do so at their own risk, and AllPro Remodeling Specialists is not responsible for defects or failures arising from customer-supplied materials.
AllPro Remodeling Specialists warrants that all workmanship will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty on labor will be specified in the written project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, natural disasters, pre-existing structural issues, or work performed by other contractors after project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our labor warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

If you wish to cancel a scheduled project, please notify AllPro Remodeling Specialists as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred, including material orders, crew scheduling, and mobilization costs. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or preparatory work has begun, as specified in the project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllPro Remodeling Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllPro Remodeling Specialists, its owners, employees, subcontractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your failure to comply with these Terms of Service, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with the services provided.
AllPro Remodeling Specialists may engage licensed subcontractors to assist with certain aspects of a project. All subcontractors engaged by us are required to maintain appropriate licensing and insurance. The use of subcontractors does not alter our obligations to you under the project agreement, and we remain responsible for the quality of all work performed on your project.
AllPro Remodeling Specialists maintains appropriate general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of Washington. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request. Customers are encouraged to verify contractor licensing through the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
In the event of a dispute arising from our services or these Terms of Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms of Service shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America. Any legal action with respect to services rendered must be commenced within one year after the cause of action has arisen.
AllPro Remodeling Specialists reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
